In the Wikipedia articles unless there are met they cannot publish. These are not difficult but you have to meet these requirements. One main thing you have to remember that you cannot just do it in a Microsoft WORD, or Power Point, or make a PDF file in your computer and send it to Wikipedia, as scientists or engineers do to publish in a professional journal.
