In the Wikipedia articles unless there are met they cannot publish. These are not difficult but you have to meet these requirements. The computer programs (and you have to have some idea about, but not necessarily a computer expert, to implement) the standards. Once you meet the publication standards, a computer verifies the standard, and then it goes to a human to overlook and publishes it.

One main thing you have to remember that you cannot just do it in a Microsoft WORD, or Power Point, or make a PDF file in your computer and send it to Wikipedia, as scientists or engineers do to publish  in a professional journal. Remember, Wikipedia is a voluntary and free publication, and millions or even billions of writers publish in it. They ask people to donate a few dollars sometimes,
