For thousands of years we have been using Moringa leaves, “Sujuna Saga” in Odia, in our food in different forms. In rural areas almost all have a plant in the yard or garden.  This is one of the cheapest with eatable leaves and beans.  We prepare the recipe here (very tasty with a great flavor), we thought you may like it. We have tracked down the sources of Moringa here in USA including DC metro (only dried leaves).
